The renovation of this 5,000 sf Tribeca non-profit art organization includes the reconfiguration and expansion of exhibition galleries, artist studios, education spaces, and administrative facilities. The new gallery spaces will provide increased curatorial flexibility and greater visibility for resident artist exhibitions. A collaborative office area is also being built with support spaces to accommodate the gallery’s curatorial and educational functions.
