This loft apartment was designed to provide large scale exhibition walls for gallery quality art installations as well as a professional screening room within a residential setting. A quiet palatte of tinted Venetian plaster and metallic epoxy flooring in the public spaces highlights the client's collection of contemporary art and vintage furniture. In contrast, the private spaces employ more assertive colors and materials, such as the curved polycarbonate panels system and interior neon lighting of the media room.
