duplex penthouse loft was added to the top floor of a 19th century industrial
building. Public spaces on the lower floor are connected to the glass encased
master suite above through a massive, yet light, central stair. The double height
gallery space brings abundant natural light into the deeper spaces on the lower
level. The intentionally neutral architectural palette provides a serene backdrop
for a growing contemporary photography collection
