Architect
and interior designer for 113 luxury condominium residences in a thirteen story
landmarked turn of the century hotel in New York City's theatre district. Restoration
of the facade's classical detailing is enhanced by decorative lighting and a
new lobby. Fully furnished contemporary apartment units were designed to appeal
to a range of buyers from young professionals to corporate clients purchasing
multiple units. Each unit was constructed for under $50K.
